We draw it, we cut it and we finish it, all in the same building on Kuttickal Road at Thottakkadu. Nothing is sent out, which is the only reason we can tell you honestly what a piece will look like before it exists.

Meeting the parish
We sit with the vicar and the committee. What is the devotion, what does the liturgy need, and what can the parish actually spend.
Measured survey & light
We measure the sanctuary ourselves and study how the light falls through the day - relief depth is chosen from that, not from a catalogue.
Drawing, 3D & quotation
Scaled drawings and a 3D visualisation, presented to the committee. Nothing is machined until it is signed.
Timber & seasoning
Boards are selected together, seasoned to moisture content and laid out so the grain runs correctly across the whole set.
Machining & hand finishing
Multi-pass CNC roughing and detail, then carvers take over for undercuts, faces and every edge the tool cannot reach.
Polish, install & handover
Finish and gilding in the workshop, then our own team fits on site and cleans up - well before the blessing.
We will tell you what the timber will do in twenty years.

Where is the workshop?
Kuttickal Road, Thottakkadu, Kerala 686539. Open Monday to Saturday, nine to six, with site visits by appointment.
Do you machine and finish everything yourselves?
Yes. Drawing, CNC machining, carving and polish all happen in the same building. Nothing is sent out to anyone else.
Why use a CNC for carving at all?
It makes a set truly a set: the same relief depth and margin on every panel. Hands then do the undercuts, the faces and the edges.
What do you need before you can quote?
A site visit is best. Failing that: the wall size, a photograph, your timber preference and a budget range. We quote in writing, itemised.
Will there be dust and disruption in the church?
Almost none. Everything is machined and finished in the workshop; on site we only fit finished panels, around your Mass timings.
