The smallest thing we make, and the one that arrives fastest. A house nameboard, a board for a wedding or an anniversary, a sign for a shop or a resort - engraved into solid teak or rosewood rather than printed onto it, so it survives a monsoon and reads better for the weathering.
One piece is as welcome as a batch. Send the wording exactly as you want it spelled, the size of the wall or the gate, and whether it will sit in the sun or under a porch. That last one decides the timber and the finish.

Engraved house board
A board for the wall of a house, lettered straight into the timber.
Engraved serving board
A paddle board engraved with a family's own words.
Standing plaque
A round plaque and its base, engraved with a poem written for the person it was given to.

A live-edge board with the text and the hands cut in one pass and filled black.

Questions we are asked
Is the lettering engraved or printed?
Engraved into solid timber, cut right into the surface, so it survives sun and monsoon instead of peeling off.
Which timber should a nameboard be?
Teak if it sits in sun or rain. Rosewood for an indoor board, where a darker and closer grain reads better.
Can you make one board rather than a batch?
Yes. One is as welcome as fifty, and it is the fastest thing we make.
What do you need from us to start?
The wording exactly as you want it spelled, the size of the wall or gate, and whether it will sit in sun or under a porch.
